ICUE 2019: Engineering the Future

Founded by students at Ryerson University in 2001, the International Conference for Upcoming Engineers (ICUE) was created to allow students to explore post-graduation options and network with successful engineering professionals.

ICUE 2019: Engineering the Future is a unique opportunity for students to network with industry professionals while also developing and demonstrating their skill set. Engineering the Future will be a two-day conference held at the George Vari Engineering & Computing Centre. It will feature a variety of events for students’ personal and professional development. Highlights include offering students three workshops from a selection to participate in, including but not limited to 3D design and printing, design thinking and personal branding. There will also be a panel featuring leading industry speakers with a networking lunch following immediately after, a group debate with individual feedback given to participants, and interdisciplinary engineering competition.

Note: this conference is NOT overnight but will have events running from the morning to the late evening.
