On the first day of Frosh week, IEEE Ryerson was up and running the EngExpo. Having many of the friendly IEEE execs explaining IEEE and some of the events that IEEE provides, new students were able to learn about the student group. A lot of interested students dropped by the booth to learn more about IEEE, participate in fun games, and win some awesome prizes.

The contest was a challenge to the participants, but well worth the prize!

A small contest was also presented to any willing contestants: the participants had to move a ping pong ball through several water-filled cups without making any contact. Many stood up to the challenge, but only some came out victorious.

The students left the booth with new knowledge about IEEE and the student branch, with the winners also taking home a great-looking IEEE Ryerson T-shirt. Big thanks to the executive team for running the booth, and everyone else for dropping by!
